Return policy

Our goal is to help you find lighting solutions that enhance your home and life. We understand that situations arise where you choose a product but are not happy with it. Our sales staff can help you with any returns within 7 day of your purchase for products that are in “as sold” condition. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice #) is required for all returns
• “As sold” condition means products are returned in all original packaging, parts and boxes. This will allow us to resell this product to another consumer and hence the importance of having all the original packaging, parts and box.

Customers who place orders in the store and by phone must review their receipt for accuracy with 24 hours

Product not eligible for returns/credit include:
• Special orders, sale items , clearance items or final sales are not eligible for return
• Any item that has been assembled, installed (including cut or clipped wires), modified or used in any way
• Any item that is not in resaleable condition
